You will report to the Marketing Manager, bringing your creative ideas, tactical knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to help build our marketing efforts and take Aveling’s brand awareness to the next level. About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistent application of the Aveling brand
- Supporting all stages of production of Aveling’s marketing materials including web pages, e-newsletters and other digital and print collateral
- Building and maintaining Aveling’s social media presence across various platforms
- Supporting website content review & development
- Ongoing maintenance of and reporting on Google Ad campaigns and website analytics
- Undertaking regular market research on customers, competitors, and industries
- Maintaining and enhancing CRM data
- Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing activities
- Participating in process and product improvement activities
- Supporting in coordination of events and other public relations activities.
Key attributes:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing (with a strong digital focus) and 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge and experience in WordPress (or similar), SEO, Google Analytics (or similar) and Google Ads
- Proficiency in social media marketing
- Campaign management experience including understanding, planning and developing briefs
- Relevant design and copy writing experience across a variety of platforms
- A highly driven customer focus with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-direction.
Experience in and an understanding of the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector will be advantageous.
