The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will support the Commercial Growth department and ACSG Brands through effective, timely, and accurate completion of high-level marketing administration duties. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the team with various aspects of general marketing, events, social and design elements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media enquiries, content, scheduling and reporting
- Proofread copy for campaigns as required
- Booking and coordinating VIP and PR treatments and gifting
- Managing marketing collateral and asset library
- Managing marketing queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Create and schedule internal newsletter
- Marketing related administration and reporting
- Conference and event coordination, including travel, event material and liaison with event stakeholders and organisers
- Assist in the creation of designs and marketing assets
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop designs and concepts
- Experience in marketing or event administration/coordination
- Strong computer/systems knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound communication and organisational skills
- Sound time-management, project-management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a design role
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Relevant working experience within the beauty industry
