Role Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting three Sales Agents with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in their office in Hawthorn. While they prefer on-site work, they are open to discussing flexibility for the right candidate. They welcome applications from individuals with sales admin / marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Distributing marketing materials to their extensive client database.
- Handling sales administration tasks to support the sales team's efforts.
- Uploading property listings online to ensure maximum exposure.
- Coordinating advertising efforts, including ordering boards and drops.
- Conducting warm calls to potential buyers to generate interest in properties.
- Collaborating with agents to manage campaigns and provide administrative support.
- Ensuring smooth campaign operations, including arranging gifts for purchasers and sending thank-you cards.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $77,700 to $88,800 per annum. While they are open to considering higher salaries for exceptional candidates, it's important to note that they operate on a more personalized scale as a smaller team.
