Marketing Executive

Multigate Medical Products is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets. We are a family-owned business founded in 1986.

We are growing and due to this growth, we are moving to a new state of the art and modern premises in Yennora in 2025. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Executive to be part of our team, located in Villawood, Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of proven marketing experience and can demonstrate how their excellent project management skills, communication, and hands-on approach has enabled them to successfully support the marketing and/or sales team while managing multiple projects end-to-end and implementing marketing campaigns to drive business growth. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manage and report on a portfolio of projects assigned to you.
• Develop marketing campaigns and sales support materials. 
• Update and maintain our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) database, develop LCA reports, briefing notes, and other marketing assets for use by our sales team and customers.
• Develop and maintain website and digital assets. 
• Manage and follow up on customer enquiries from website/social platforms.
• Manage campaign rollouts and content plan in line with agreed brief and timetable. 
• Manage trade conferences and events calendar. 
• Assist in the preparation of education content and courses.
• Provide ad-hoc support for the Marketing and Sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and experience using CRM platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and written skills. 
• Photo and video-editing experience advantageous but not essential.
• Medical industry experience advantageous but not essential.
