Marketing Executive

The ClientAn exciting opportunity awaits to join a prominent retail landlord based in Perth with national assets. Working at their modern offices, you will enjoy aligning with a leader with more than 20 years of experience in the retail property game.

The successful individual will ensure the integrity of their brand as you coordinate events and space activation using your digital, print and events management experience. 
 
More specifically, your role will include:

• Roll out and manage the tenant and corporate engagement as well as assist with place-making activations activities
• Preparation and implementation of a marketing plan for the assets
• Manage and brief all external consultants which may include agencies, marketing consultants and creative agencies 
• The promotion of tenant and community engagement internally and externally for the assets
• Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plan

The successful candidate will have:

• A demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative strategies and solutions
• Experience in developing and managing events and space activation
• A background in marketing, ideally in property and public relations 
• Experience in fields such as hospitality, event management and promotions will be highly regarded.
• An ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines, 
• A commitment to provision of excellent service levels
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing and or communications
