As part of our new branding we now have an opportunity for a Full-time Marketing Executive.
What is the role:
As the Marketing Executive you will assist with strategic direction for the Hotel brand and effectively develop, manage and execute marketing activities for the Amora Hotel Brisbane. This includes the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to elevate the Hotel brand and drive Hotel revenue. This will include:
- Plan, design, manage, and oversee the Hotel’s online presence and promotional campaigns, media materials including press releases, social media content and advertising platforms, website and other digital channels
- Manage the Hotel’s daily promotional material and items, brand enquiries, Hotel Signage, advertising and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across the hotel to develop internal marketing campaigns for Hotel outlets
- Maintain up to date knowledge with industry trends and competitor activities, best practises and emerging technologies to identify and maintain a competitive edge
Essential requirements
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business or relevant experience to demonstrate full capability to perform the requirements of the role
- Proven experiences in sales and marketing including communications preferably from within the Hospitality Industry or luxury real estate industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including design software such as Adobe, indesign, canva,
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies, social media platforms and website maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative flair with a Proven ability to conceptualise and execute innovative marketing ideas for internal and external campaigns
- Ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment and multidisciplinary team with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Commitment to high standard of service and customer focus
