Position Purpose:
GBR Tours and Hot Getaways are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to join our vibrant team. This is a new role within the company, perfect for someone who wants to take ownership and make a splash. We're seeking a candidate with a genuine passion for our region, a knack for forward-thinking, and a sunny, can-do attitude.
Duties:
- Develop, manage, and innovate digital media campaigns to elevate GBR Tours and Hot Getaways.
- Create lively and top-quality content for Social Media platforms.
- Snap and edit high-calibre photos for digital media use.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual content using Adobe Illustrator.
- Analyse digital campaign performance, offering insights and suggestions.
- Stay ahead with the latest digital media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the team to execute cohesive and impactful digital marketing strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all digital media activities and assets.
- Assist the office team with phones and daily office duties.
Requirements and Attributes:
- Fluent in English (native speaker).
- Proven track record in Social Media management and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and comfortable with Apple computers.
- Skilled in photography and photo editing.
- Outstanding multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Passion for creative content creation and a solid grasp of digital media.
- Self-driven and capable of independent work.
- Well-presented, enthusiastic, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Experienced with WordPress and basic web development (a Bonus!)
