About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to join our team. You will help to enhance the Credit Union SA brand and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key areas of focus for this role include:

• Helping to write, research and create engaging written materials to be used across our digital platforms
• Assist in coordinating strategic corporate communication and content plans 
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team and relevant internal stakeholders to meet communication objectives 
• Assist in maintaining and updating our website content  to positively impact the user experience
• Help create and schedule content for our social media channels and assist with member enquiries.
• Work with the Brand Marketing Team to monitor, analyse and report on communications performance 

The successful candidate will need to possess the following: 

• Up to date knowledge of key social media and digital channels
• Understanding of content creation including video, static and articles
• Ability to take feedback and collaborate with a team to coordinate multiple content pieces, messaging and audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• High attention to detail, including proof reading and editing of documents
• An interest in translating product and corporate information into member facing, accessible communications 
• The ability to manage their time and work to deadlines
