As part of our growth strategy we are building a Product and Marketing team to help drive sales, innovation and presentation of our fluffy friends. Bring back those childhood memories and work with the cuddliest bears in town.
THE ROLE:
Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator
Graphic Design: co-ordinating the design and development of marketing materials, flyers, brochures, production artwork, licence artwork and product photography.
Maintain current Catalogue/Sales Aid quarterly updates.
Working alongside the Product & Marketing Manager to plan digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email and social media.
Maintaining our social media calendar across all digital channels.
Maintaining and developing existing internal website- Pepperi & Attache’.
Undertake daily tasks related to our website and customer portals.
Assist with the planning, design and co-ordination of Gift Fairs.
Create content across a variety of media channels and platforms.
Provide support to Product & Marketing Manager to execute key sales and marketing strategies to deliver on business initiatives.
Administer all social media accounts to ensure content is up to date including EDM content creation.
Assist with preparing and executing various campaigns via website, direct and social media platforms.
Maintain and administer the company’s showroom.
Office Based role in Dandenong Sth close to M3.
Must be efficient in Photography
About you
Background in Graphic Design with a flair for marketing.
A tertiary qualification graphic design.
Ability to create compelling visual content.
Adobe Suite Experience (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
A team player and happy to assist wherever required.
Competent in Microsoft office 365, Meta Ads manager and google analytics would be an advantage.
Good time management and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and an active team member.
Experience in e-commerce and web design would be an advantage.
