Job Description
- Deliver marketing performance analysis, insight-generation and reporting as directed by Head of Marketing Planning and Performance
- Quality assurance in the accuracy of reporting and alignment of reporting across other resources/teams that report on performance across the organization
- Source and aggregate key data inputs, internally and from agreed 3rd party partners, to provide aggregated performance reporting in line with our Marketing Measurement Framework.
- Support the broader Brand & Marketing Planning & Performance team in the definition and distribution of key marketing insights from which all Marketing activity will be based
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data, measurement, reporting and insight generation of our Marketing performance
- Proven experience in measurement of marketing activities in a B2C industry
- Strong data and analytical skills, with proven experience of multiple data points
- Excellent relationship builder, ultimately being able to effectively source required data and information
- Understanding of marketing insights impacting the quality of a marketing program
- Strong presentation and visual reporting capability and how to influence stakeholders through reporting programs
- Strong Commercial and financial instinct
- Collaborative and strong team player
- 5 + years marketing reporting and insights experience (experience in Insurance or Leisure industries a preference)
