About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Lead - Work. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business, playing a key role in shaping our B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies. This team works collaboratively in a hybrid way out of our Chadstone Support Office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Leadership: Lead the development, execution, and post-implementation reviews of key marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to expand the B2B offering and drive service uptake.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored communications and strategies aligned with customer and channel needs.
- Business Partnership: Partner with B2B Leadership & Sales teams to influence actions, improve collective understanding of customer behaviors, and support monthly sales and marketing go-to-market planning.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Education:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar.
- 5 years marketing experience.
- 3+ years in retail (preferable).
- Experience in B2B products or services advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Understanding of both ATL and Digital Media principles.
- Experience working with agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and glean insights.
