About the role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team looking after our Small-Medium business customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly engaged team with a great culture and become an integral part of the Officeworks B2B Sales team. Over the phone, you will manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts, providing an outstanding client experience. You will deliver profitable sales growth by understanding your customers unique business requirements and tailoring solutions to help make bigger things happen for them. You are confident in your sales approach and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and growth potential is realised. As a team we aim to:

- GROW - Identify, create and secure opportunities for category and revenue growth with our business customers
About you
You are proactive and customer centric with superior time management ability, this coupled with your background in sales within a business-to-business environment will see you excel. In addition, you will have:
- Strong customer service/sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with phone\video based sales
- The ability to build strong customer relationships
- You thrive in an activity focussed role
- Proven ability to problem solve, offer solutions and negotiate
- You are a strategic out of the box thinker
- Experience using salesforce is desirable
