The Darwin office is looking for a marketing superstar who thrives on co-ordinating and creating impactful campaigns. Liaising closely with our Head Office you'll be exposed to the very latest technology and implement that technology at the local level.
What are some of the things you will be responsible for?
You'll play a pivotal role in managing day to day communications while crafting compelling content and executing paid promotions across our social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and website.
- Working directly with the General Manager on the brands digital marketing strategy across Sales, Property Management and Development Marketing
- Working closely with Head Office to ensure the Darwin office is an “early adopter” of relevant advances in technology, AI & digital marketing.
- Developing monthly content and building content calendars across all social media channels + the blogs on our website.
- Managing partnerships and sponsorships with local community groups and individuals.
- Producing reports on campaign results and performance metrics
- Briefing and collaborating with creative agency to produce content
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents to create and execute their individual marketing strategies, including monthly reporting.
- Supervising CRM.
Some of the things you need to bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of digital landscape including trends and technology
- Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital & social channels that deliver business outcomes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail (especially for proof reading!)
- Keen eye for design with a creative flair
- Confident communicator able to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, can do, work hard attitude.
