Civium is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Braddon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, profitability, and overall success of each property under their management. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth portfolio management.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Coordination of lease administration, settlements, new leases
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
- Consult with contractors to facilitate maintenance requirements.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
About You
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio.
- Current ACT Certificate of Registration holder.
- The ability to manage workflow, time & priorities.
- Persuasive communication & people skills.
- Exceptional personal presentation.
- Demonstrating proven experience in managing end-to-end portfolios with a solution-focused approach.
- Current Driver’s license.
