THE ROLE: 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client's marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, from concept to implementation. Your creative flair, strategic mindset, and leadership skills will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and ultimately contributing to the company's continued success.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Lead a talented team to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and impact
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message
• Utilise data-driven insights to measure and optimize marketing performance

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication, Business or Commerce is a must 
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Experienced Marketing Coordinator with background in Construction, Property or Real Estate would also be considered 
• The role involves some local and regional travel (up to 8 trips per year) so you will need to have your own car 
• Experience with websites, promotions and all things display 
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• $110-130k + super 
• Full-time, permanent role with IMMEDIATE start
• Excellent opportunity with an established company
