The role is focussed on driving the development and execution of marketing strategies that support the delivery of the organisations growth and profitability objectives for Club Marine. The Marketing Manager is integral to developing and driving our customer communication strategy throughout the organisation. Your passion for marketing will drive new business and help build a stronger brand position in the market.

You'll be responsible for 

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to ensure that category strategy aligns to organisational brand positions, is compelling and supports the delivery of the organisations growth and profitability objectives. 
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns and marketing strategies to enable delivery of organisational objectives. Create a promotional strategy that is optimised to allow for internal and external environmental and seasonal factors, whilst supporting our market objectives. 
  • Define the customer proposition / offer by channel through overlaying customer insights, customer segmentation and market opportunities. 
  • Manage advertising and communications ensuring they align with relevant brand positions and to enable the delivery of the organisation and divisions growth and profitability objectives. 
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to deliver campaigns to our customer segments. 
  • Manage adhoc projects in response to changing needs of the business, including developing project, marketing and communication plans as well as costing for implementation. 

About you 

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic consumer marketing roles, preferably in a full service marketing department in a medium to large corporate environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and integrated communications across numerous channels, including digital and social media.
  • Proven experience in brand, creative and campaign development and management, including experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
  • Proven capability to analyse and evaluate information and make improvements to strategic and tactical initiatives, campaigns and communications that improve business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills, capable of communicating and presenting with clarity, impact and influence. 
  • Good understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact a dynamic and complex organisation.
