Marketing Manager

We are looking for a well-rounded experienced marketing Manager to join the team at the recently opened Humphreys Hotel & Hatch Dining. This new venue is multi-faceted with a high-end restaurant (which has recently received a Hat), cocktail & sports bar, and gaming. With stunning design and captivating interiors that create an ambiance like no other, we're dedicated to delivering unforgettable moments for our guests.

Our ideal candidate has hospitality experience and is a strong Marketing Manager able to sell the dream of this fantastic new venue through targeted marketing activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, major event calendars, driving revenue and much more. You will work across all marketing disciplines and liaise closely with the Head of Marketing for PHMG. Your passion in this space will have you placing us on the map as a destination venue for all. This is a key role for the business where with your commitment, we aim to become a benchmark setting venue.

• Creative Development & Execution 
• Website consultation and content management
• Database Growth 
• Social & Digital Media Plans 
• Venue Activations | Marketing 
• Strategic Partnerships including PR
• External Agency Management as Required
• Reporting & Analysis
• Developing and implementing marketing procedures

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong digital marketing experience knowledge
• Dynamic, organised and calm under pressure
• Strong leadership skills
• An ability to think outside the square
• Financial management including budget control
• Exceptional people skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
