Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing role with knowledge of SEO, SEM
- Experience managing external marketing agency relationships
- Proven track record in digital marketing management, web development & maintenance using a CMS
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools, and email marketing software
- Proficiency in data analysis, insights interpretation, and using analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans to meet company and business objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Plan and execute digital and media marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, radio and billboard
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, digital assets (Google/Bing listings) and social media channels. This includes content development including video production, copywriting and image sourcing
- Understand and implement local SEO strategy to ensure our branches remain highly visible in local search results on Google and other platforms including Bing
- Analyse marketing data,including GA4 and Google Ads and other key performance indicators to measure campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create effective sales materials including catalogues, brochures, sales aids, presentations and other promotional materials
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring brand consistency and quality
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support marketing efforts and maximise resources
- Manage and maintain all brand and digital assets including logos, product and branch images
