In this newly created role of National Marketing Manager you will oversee digital and offline marketing strategies and campaigns for Better Medical, the General Practitioners (GP's) practising in our clinics, and our 65+ GP clinics nationally. Our business model allows clinics to retain their own local identity while being part of a broader corporate structure.
About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will have an autonomous and diverse role with the following responsibilities:
- Delivering a range of digital and offline advertising and marketing activities, including email, SMS, event, social media, content marketing, and collateral development
- Developing national strategies and initiatives to increase awareness of Better Medical and its brands
- Creating website, social media, and marketing material in line with brand style guides and adherence to the relevant legislation for advertising in a regulated health service
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships in a complex environment where we empower practices to deliver high-quality services with their own identity
- Working closely with the GP recruitment team to support and assist in the attraction of new GPs
- Delivering a Better Medical presence with impact at industry events
About you
We are seeking an experienced self starter who enjoys diverse responsibilities across the full spectrum of marketing. You will:
- Be passionate about the importance of GP services to the community
- Have tertiary qualifications in marketing
- Have proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns that contribute to the bottom line, tracking return on investment and campaign performance
- Have demonstrated experience using various marketing platforms and channels including but not limited to Google Analytics, social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), web development, digital and email marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is desirable)
- Have demonstrated professional networks and marketing expertise
- Love project management and delivering proven outcomes
- Ideally have experience in a health related field - but we're open to other sectors so apply regardless if you meet our other criteria!
