The role reports to the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications - a genuine people and customer leader who empowers teams and inspires growth. The successful candidate will deliver fully-integrated marketing activities to support brand strategy enabling membership growth, acquisition and retention for this 5 time Employer of Choice winner. This includes brand and product marketing with a strong above the line focus, integrated campaign management, events and sponsorship, corporate communications, digital marketing, content, social media and community management.
Working with a close knit, high calibre brand and marketing team, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a legacy organisation on their continued growth trajectory. Collaboration with other business functions will be essential for seamless member engagement and campaign delivery.
With demonstrable experience in brand campaign management, sponsorship and integrated marketing communications, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in mass consumer marketing to support acquisition and retention strategies. You will exhibit a strong customer experience orientation coupled with a data-driven digital focus. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position, along with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
Our client offers a flexible work environment where 2-3 days working from home are the norm, with anchor days in the office to ensure team and stakeholder engagement. Desirable qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Communications a related field.
