8-12 week contract for skilled Marketing Manager working for a retailer, on their skincare and hair care products based in St Kilda (5 days a week in office). This position will be directly involved with enhancing the brand marketing, prioritising digital-first customer communication to seamlessly integrate with both in-store and online retail experiences.

My client is an iconic Australian conglomerate based in the south east that has multiple brands across fashion and skincare. This opportunity will report into the GM and will involve managing a team of 3 to develop new concepts for brand, social media, digital, marketing and planning for activation's, promotions and content.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT:
- Drive creative content plan across channels targeting key customer groups.
- Collaborate with digital team for cohesive paid and native plans.
- Manage content review with PR & Communications coordinator.
- Develop and execute social media strategy, ensuring brand alignment.
- Curate engaging content, monitor emerging social channels, and report statistics.
MARKETING & EVENTS:
- Develop and achieve budget targets, manage invoices and payments.
- Implement seasonal content strategy and maintain Marketing calendar.
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
- Plan and execute consumer activation's and evaluate campaign success.
PR & MEDIA:
- Write media releases, execute new store opening campaigns.
- Promote seasonal marketing literature to media.
- Analyze campaign success, maintain media relationships.
- Coordinate merchandise packs, oversee stock control, manage customer queries.
AGENCY MANAGEMENT:
- Establish and manage relationships with PR and content agencies.
- Review and monitor agency output, update service contracts as needed.
CENTRE PARTNERSHIPS:
- Oversee Centre marketing activities and promote store openings.
- Communicate with Centre management teams, coordinate marketing material.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- 5 years + experience in Marketing, Retail experience is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with agencies, senior stakeholders, media etc
- Previous experience managing direct reports is essential.
- Strong digital skill set, across social media, paid ads, SEM/SEO, website and email marketing.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
