SKUTOPIA is a fast-growing Australian startup on a mission to decarbonise and democratise logistics. We’re building an innovative ecosystem that powers the booming eCommerce industry. SKUTOPIA is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) & Robotics as a Service (RaaS) solution provider allowing eCommerce businesses to manage orders across multiple storefronts, as well as inventory, shipping and warehousing all in one platform. We provide highly robotised 3PL services, utilising our proprietary software and AI technology for fast delivery, quality control and accuracy.

About The Role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving strategic growth through the power of data-driven marketing. Someone who thrives on analysing metrics, uncovering insights, and leveraging them to fuel impactful marketing strategies.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader in our organisation, with full autonomy and ownership of our end-to-end marketing function. You will have the opportunity to build a high-performing marketing team and shape our marketing efforts through meticulous analysis, innovative experimentation, and a relentless commitment to optimizing performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Hands-on data-driven growth marketing with the primary objective of bringing SaaS and RaaS clients to our business
  • Create and lead our growth marketing strategy from start to finish, working with our marketing team and getting stuck in to roll it out.
  • Working with and managing a team of experts in paid ads across all platforms and SEO and organic strategies to deliver on our crucial growth objectives including Google, Meta and Linkedin
  • Implement a high-quality tracking and attribution model with 360 data-driven insights.
  • Harness the power of our Hubspot CRM, formulate sophisticated strategies, and meticulously execute them to attract new clients and manage current clients' end-to-end life cycles.  
  • Be across all stages of the user experience: customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and up-sell
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, product, UX, data analytics, product management, operations, fulfilment and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Work with third-party tools (or build custom tracking) to create insightful data dashboards.
  • Support the marketing team in executing optimised brand campaigns utilising customer experience data.
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
  • Manage stakeholders across various channel groups, responsible for delivering critical milestones on time, budgets & project execution
  • Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organised way
  • Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience’s needs
  • Understand the competitive landscape of products to inform the product growth strategy and design
  • Can project manage and drive change across the board where they see opportunity, and be able to leverage existing resources to do this quickly
  • Work closely with our chief growth officer to mentor and manage the marketing team; this role will soon grow in scope and align with our growth plans. This is a unique opportunity for someone at a particular career stage.
  • Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organised way.

We think you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar growth marketing role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Strategy formulation and critical thinking skills
  • E-commerce industry experience.  Understanding ecom and pain points first-hand is a significant differentiator in setting up marketing that speaks to the right audience.
  • Experience managing a marketing team with comprehensive expertise in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, CRM, ecomm, branding and social
  • Expertise in data analysis, data mining and presenting data in a simplified manner
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and make decisions
  • Highly driven - Motivation and the ability to get stuff done
