HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability in Marketing and love for Cartier you will define and implement the local marketing plan within Australia & NZ ensuring action plans have clear set objectives that are aligned with the overall global objectives of the business.
In this 360 Marketing role you will:
- Work with the Head of Communications and Commercial Directors to define cohesive strategic plans for the market
- Elaborate sales budget to be in line with key projects & overall company strategy
- Translate main strategies down to team members, ensuring alignment from overall strategic and marcom plans
- Build on methodology, processes and scope for market research (base on pricing, networks, launch and brand strategy)
- Update market shares and gather client insights to identify key opportunities for growth
- Work with product team on identifying key initiatives, in line with overall Marcom & HQ Global plan
- Define, together with product team, a detailed product launch roadmap
- Work with communication team to define events objectives and yearly media plan, to ensure maximum exposure of new product launches and that stocks are in place for each campaign
- Work with commercial departments & marketing team to define key targets and KPIs for the boutiques & partners as well as actionable marketing plans to support their business goals
- Work together with Communications team on their A&P budgets and Media briefs to have alignment on all projects
- Share weekly and monthly sales report for key stakeholders
- Follow ROl on all Marcom plans
- Work with HJ team to achieve High End sales
