OpportunityWe have teamed up with a global FMCG business to source a strong brand leader to steer the Marketing team through a period of significant change and growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will lead the execution of the marketing strategy, in line with global guidelines.CandidateThe successful candidate will have: - Capability to build Marketing Plans that encompass Brand, Communications, Product Portfolio, Channel and Promotional strategies.
- Understanding of regulated products, or experience working in regulated industries in an FMCG or CHC environment, will be valuable.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and gain trust cross-functionally.
- Expertise across a multichannel marketing mix with both B2B & B2C brands, including Retail & Digital.
- Aptitude for interpreting global strategies and localizing as needed.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with the agility to embrace change and thrive in ambiguity.
- Discipline to work in unstructured environments & implement new processes.
- Commercial mindset, a marketer who works with all of the P&L, not just a budget, and can partner with a multifunctional team to drive results
- Strong leadership skills to build capability of teams, and lead & inspire.
- Track record of success, that reflects ability to build trust, collaborate and make daring moves.
