As the Marketing Manager at FCM Meetings and Events in Australia, you will play a crucial role involving crafting and implementing B2B marketing strategies. What you’ll be doing…
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for FCM Meetings & Events in Australia aligned with corporate goals
- Safeguard and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and tone in collaboration with PR & Comms
- Collaborate with content and digital teams to produce engaging materials, oversee SEO/SEM, email, social media efforts
- Strategize marketing for conferences, customer groups, trade shows, and events to maximize impact
- Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competition, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking ROI
- Work with FCM Meetings & Events leadership team, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and improve marketing initiatives' success
- Design and implement a brand marketing plan for acquisition, retention, and growth
- Monitor and ensure consistency of brand voice across internal and external channels
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for at least 1 year in B2B marketing
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, including a minimum of 12 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of the meetings and events industry in Australia is preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- SEM and SEO experience is an added advantage
- Website build experience is also an added advantage
