Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.About the role:Reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, our Marketing FP&A Associate Manager, is the critical business partner to the ANZ Marketing Commercialisation teams.You will provide robust commercial and financial assessments on key innovations, initiatives and negotiations for our iconic consumer brands such as Glade®, Duck®, Ziploc®, Raid® and Windex®.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide full financial, planning, and analytical support to the marketing commercialisation (brand) team
- Lead analysis of key processes such as new product launches, product launch post completion analysis, long term category planning with the platform, modelling and pricing analysis
- Drive P&L improvement through mix analysis, cost optimization, SKU reduction, ROI analysis on marketing spend, pricing etc
- Support the drive for Net Sales and Share through brand expansion plans
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive simplification initiatives
- Ownership of the EOM template and respective month-end activities
- Own financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of Corplan process, official forecasts, and S&OP
- Ad-hoc requests from cluster and Platform marketing commercialization teams and or the Cluster Finance Director
- Finance and Accounting qualification or similar business/ commercial tertiary qualifications
- 5 years + experience in Commercial Finance, supporting the Sales and/or Marketing function
- FMCG, Grocery or Retail industry experience is essential
- Experience working with SAP highly regarded
- CPA or CA qualified is highly regarded
- Have comfortability presenting analysis and insights, to educate and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Display exceptional business and financial acumen
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently located in Australia with full work rights
