SalaryJob Description:The Account Manager - Independents role will play a vital role in unlocking the strategic channel mix pillar of the Mars Food Strategy, through the account management and new business generation of Key MSO (Multi Site Operator) groups. The Account Manager role is a strategically important role that requires exceptional stakeholder management internally and externally, partnered with strong operational discipline. The ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated individual who is able to operate nimbly in ambiguous environments and has the ability to deeply understand their customers' needs to identify partnership opportunities for mutual wins.
