If you have a degree in Marketing or Communications and can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in property/funds management/investor relations (at least 2 years in a leadership role), you could be perfect for this position.

Application Criteria (maximum 2 pages in total)
1.Ability to liaise with executive team, understand broad marketing objectives, deliver tangible results and report back periodically.
2.Ability to appoint and manage an external consultant team to deliver set marketing related outcomes in areas related to social media, graphic design, CRM, SEO/PPC, EDM production, public relations and other.
3.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to proof, edit and write content for investor publications (or similar), communicating information in a clear and effective manner relevant to the target audience.
Alternatively, examples of how you have previously engaged an external copywriter (or similar) to produce the above.
4.A strong network of marketing professionals related to the implementation of tasks noted above.
5.Ability to organise effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
