Marketing Manager

AGEM Property Group is a WA-based property investment firm, founded in 2011. We specialise in acquiring and developing commercial real estate to provide investors with access to commercial property investment opportunities; from childcare and medical centres to buildings that accommodate supermarkets and veterinarians.

We co-invest in every project alongside our Investors.

• Leverage Your Property/Investment Experience – We require a strategic thinking Leader who can harness their property/investor relations experience, to realise our marketing objectives and drive growth with tangible results.
• Utilise your Established Network of Specialised Marketing Consultants – Build a powerhouse team of external consultants to effectively deliver on marketing initiatives. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will prove vital for driving your team to produce engaging content for current and future Investors.
• Work Independently, While Managing a Busy Workflow – Manage varied projects across multiple departments, monitoring, meeting and reporting on deadlines with the assistance of our preferred Online Project Management Tool.

If you have a degree in Marketing or Communications and can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in property/funds management/investor relations (at least 2 years in a leadership role), you could be perfect for this position.

Application Criteria (maximum 2 pages in total)

1.Ability to liaise with executive team, understand broad marketing objectives, deliver tangible results and report back periodically.

2.Ability to appoint and manage an external consultant team to deliver set marketing related outcomes in areas related to social media, graphic design, CRM, SEO/PPC, EDM production, public relations and other.

3.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to proof, edit and write content for investor publications (or similar), communicating information in a clear and effective manner relevant to the target audience. 

Alternatively, examples of how you have previously engaged an external copywriter (or similar) to produce the above.

4.A strong network of marketing professionals related to the implementation of tasks noted above.

5.Ability to organise effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
