  • 3-4 days per week, hybrid role (WFH most days, 1 day in the office per week)
  • $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + (Pro-rated) + BYOD allowance

A bit about the role:

You’ll be taking the lead on driving revenue through a range of initiatives. You pride yourself on finding avenues to bring people into our ecosystem and cultivate them in their journey with us.

  1. Client Retention Strategies: Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at maintaining and deepening current client relationships.
  2. Upsell and Cross-sell Campaigns: Identify opportunities within the existing client base for additional sales and create targeted campaigns to promote new offerings.
  3. Re-engagement of contacts: Develop win-back campaigns targeting former clients or trained individuals who've moved to new organisations, aiming to rekindle their interest in Red Wolf Group's services.
  4. Referral Program Management: Optimize and expand the referral program, encouraging and rewarding existing clients and networks for bringing new business.
  5. New Client Acquisition: Execute campaigns across various channels, with a strong emphasis on SEO, content marketing, and social media, to draw in new leads.

A Day in the Life:

Your day begins with a coffee and then to delve into our lead list, where you'll sift through recent event attendees, identifying opportunities to personalize follow-up. Your detective hat is on as you segment leads, aligning them with tailored messaging plans.

Post-lunch, your creative energies are channeled into co-designing a webinar with one of the consultants, that's not just informative but an engaging narrative that captivates our clients.

As the afternoon rolls around, you sync with our website team. Together, you walk through the latest design updates and meticulously plan the integration of new forms, ensuring a seamless connection with Active Campaign for an optimized lead capture process.

Next, you turn your attention to our referral program. It's all about giving thanks and giving back, expanding on the program that rewards our clients for being our champions. Your plans are about making gratitude actionable and beneficial for all parties involved.

As the day winds down, you book a session to capture a client success story on film. Before you call it a day, you're already repurposing content, transforming a recent webinar into a compelling blog post and a series of engaging LinkedIn posts crafted in Canva.

In this role, every action you take weaves into the larger tapestry of our mission. From the granular details of a marketing campaign to the broad strokes of strategy implementation, your day at Red Wolf Group is filled with opportunities to influence, innovate, and inspire.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3-5 years of solid marketing experience, particularly in areas directly impacting revenue growth.
  • Demonstrates hands-on ability in crafting and operationalizing marketing strategies that deliver.
  • Is a creative thinker, capable of generating innovative ideas and translating them into successful campaigns.
  • Excels in operational effectiveness, adept at both planning and executing with precision.
  • Is proactive and comfortable taking the lead on ideas from beginning through to execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to manage and execute campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Experience overseeing video production and video editors – you know how to curate a powerful video
  • A knack for data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions
  • You’re not afraid of AI and new technologies to improve efficiencies, in fact, you love to find new ways to scale our efforts.
