Merrigong Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company located in Wollongong, right in the heart of beautiful Dharawal Country. We operate the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC), and the Wollongong Town Hall. We also create, commission, produce and present exciting, innovative professional theatre.
We are now seeking an experienced, energetic, Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity role.
The successful applicant will manage our fantastic marketing team, with three direct reports, to deliver high-quality, industry-leading marketing campaigns and will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative audience engagement strategies which will drive revenue and audience growth.

Key objectives for the position are:
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Marketing Team, ensuring that they are able to deliver high quality, effective and industry-leading marketing, sales, and audience engagement strategies that drive revenue and audience growth.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing, communications, and publicity activity for a range of commercial programs and hirer events across our venues.
- Ensure the delivery of an excellent visitor experience is supported by the seamless integration of marketing, sales, and communications into the FOH and F&B operations
- Maintain consistent implementation of Merrigong Theatre Company brands.
