We are PATRICKS a cosmeceutical men’s skincare and haircare brand consciously combining performance, design and sustainability. We’ve won numerous awards from GQ, Esquire and Men’s Health and we're sold globally through luxury retailers including Mr Porter, Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Selfridges and David Jones.

We have recently secured an investment from Shiseido to help us supercharge our growth including launching 30 new products, international collaborations, expanding in to new markets and securing new retailers, so it’s a very exciting time.

Who we are looking for

We really want someone who ‘gets’ our brand and premium positioning.

Our brand purpose is - we can do better. We take what is good in men’s skin, hair and health and strive to make it better. Better performance, more actives, no filler, more sustainable packaging. We never work with influencers and rarely discount.

If you understand our brand and believe you can bring fresh ideas to help us grow, and not suggest the usual ‘influencer’ strategy, then we would love you to apply.

We also need you to have strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects at once, as this role will be the central marketing team manager; aligning our in-house designer, paid media manager, copywriters, developers, PR agency and other cross-functional teams to execute the global strategy. You will work closely with the founders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with their goals and vision.

This is a full-time role, 4 days working from our office in Bondi Junction and Fridays WFH.

Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar - own and manage the yearly marketing calendar, ensuring global consistency and development of marketing collateral in a timely manner. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to build the B2B activity calendar.

Klaviyo Strategy and Implementation - create and implement the EDM calendar. Coordinate creatives with our graphic designer and copywriters. Optimise email flows and build our email campaigns on Klaviyo.

Shopify Management - manage our 3 websites including product pages, promotional tags and categorisation, updating banners and 3rd party apps etc. High attention to detail needed.

Website Optimisation - work with developers and UX specialists to constantly optimise all 3 websites, create A/B tests to increase conversions and ensure a seamless user experience.

Loyalty and Subscription Program Relaunch - work collaboratively with the customer service team ensuring both programs are optimised and successfully relaunched.

Reporting and KPIs - monitor sales, conversions, target forecasts and KPIs. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on all areas of marketing performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations.

Content - develop a holistic content plan across the channel mix (EDM, website, paid and social media, blog). Work closely with Patrick (co-founder) and our Paid Media Manager to create relevant content for our main channels.

New Product Launches - successfully build and deliver a strong launch plan and key marketing initiatives for new products, working closely with the new product development team.

PR - work collaboratively with our PR firm and further develop our affiliate program.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role (fashion, pharma or cosmetics experience highly regarded)

- Experience working for a start-up also highly regarded, we don’t have the same budgets as bigger brands so we hustle and make our dollars work harder

- Proficiency in marketing and e-commerce tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics

- Experience in a fast-paced role and adaptable to quick changes. Must work with a sense of urgency

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
