This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and can be based at either our Inverell, Armidale, Tamworth or Dubbo office!
As Marketing Manager for BEST, you will develop, implement and monitor targeted and strategic marketing, branding and communications strategies for the company. You will actively work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance BEST's visibility, brand awareness and digital marketing, maintain BEST's online presence, and provide engagement and support across our communities.
This position will require travel to BEST's site locations to support in delivering optimum brand marketing awareness across our geographical footprint.

- Familiarity of digital analytics tools and the ability to derive insights to improve digital performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and upholding brand guidelines across various channels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate organisational goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Marketing or similar and/or extensive previous experience in a similar role.
