Marketing Officer

Marketing Executive (Prior Experience is MUST ) – Full time

Duties & responsibilities

Recruit education agents in Australia and overseas.
Monitor and provide feedback on training quality, enrolment process/selection & related tasks
Ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met in relation to marketing materials
Create and regularly update marketing and promotional materials, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to all education agents
Maintain the College’s social media platforms and investigate new social media avenues
Execute all necessary student services and administrative work to facilitate the working operations of the College
Manage all Marketing Channels
Complete all related documentation in a timely manner.
Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential and follows policies & guidelines
Other tasks as directed

Essential experience

Excellent communication (written and verbal), organisational and time management skills
Extensive knowledge of the Education and Training industry and experience in marketing and sales within the CRICOS industry
Experience with admissions procedures and the PRISMS database will be highly regarded
Demonstrated competence applying computerized systems to manage transnational activities, data, client related records and business reporting.
Has good list of relevant contacts in community groups
Background in relationship management
Proficiency in English

A flexible and adaptable attitude to your work, combined with a positive approach to problem solving will suit this position.

Experience working in Multicultural organization and understanding of local and International student requirements is essential.
