Qualifications & experience
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Electronic Digital Marketing (EDM’s), Canva, and MailChimp.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.
- Experience in creating and managing social media content is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Nadeen, the key point person, in coordinating activities and tasks across multiple businesses.
- Prepare marketing and social media content across different businesses to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and increase business growth.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of various businesses, including but not limited to:
- Wholesale and Distribution: Create and schedule marketing and social media content to enhance brand visibility. Implement business development initiatives to attract new clientele and drive business growth. Maintain the online store and manage associated inventory.
- Beauty salons: Expand the client/customer base through targeted marketing strategies. Create monthly newsletters (EDMs) to engage with clients. Assist with business promotion efforts to increase salon visibility. Oversee business and team performance metrics, providing concise reports.
- Fitness and Wellness Business: Generate new leads to increase membership and class participation. Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. Assist with various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
