To help us achieve our plans, we are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Leadto join our team at Tennis West on a full time, permanent basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Partnerships, Events and Media, As Marketing Partnerships Lead you will drive new partnership and sponsorship opportunities and oversee the ongoing strategy, relationship, and delivery for designated Tennis West Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, aimed at cultivating new avenues for partnership and sponsorship to drive revenue growth for Tennis West
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners
- Developing and delivering partnership proposals for both new and existing clients
- Ensuring timely delivery of Post Event Reports to Partners and relevant Agencies
- Impacting a culture that embraces open and honest communication and feedback, helping others apply learnings and continuously developing Team members
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Relationship Management with excellent knowledge of the partnership & sponsorship landscape
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Exceptional professional ability in preparing and delivering presentations to partnership managers, marketing directors and boards
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with a high level of organisation and administration skills
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
