Additional Information:
  • This role is temporary full time (19-month fixed term contract), based in IKEA Service Office, Tempe NSW.
  • This role is open to hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office.
Team vision ( title) About this work area
Team vision (text) As Marketing Performance Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead, define and secure the Marketing Performance framework and overall strategic planning by utilising insights, global strategies and connecting with channel leads.
  • Proactively analyse data on IKEA's Marketing Performance (paid, owned and earned media) and translate the information into business insights to drive significant improvement of the ROI of Marketing activities.
  • Conduct monthly brand tracking and measure the performance of marketing campaigns/streams. Utilising key performance indicators, identify root causes and opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Actively cooperate with key stakeholders across the organisation to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact to contribute to the growth agenda and secure the Business Plan.

  • Driven to analyse and interpret data to identify business opportunities and provide solution focused recommendations.
  • Able to build robust relationships with stakeholders through your strong and influential leadership.
