Our Client is seeking a standout, energetic and passionate Marketing & PR professional to join their growing and dynamic team of highly successful Project Marketers and established Real Estate Agents.
Offering flexible part time hours to suit the successful candidate, generous salary up to $100k and basement parking in a prime South Yarra office location.

The Role:
- Crafting and executing comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies for vendors from start to finish
- Offering both creative and administrative assistance to various sectors of the business
- Monitoring project campaigns daily to ensure they meet deadlines and objectives
- Identifying opportunities on social media to enhance the company brand and associated properties
- Compiling customized reports for an in-depth analysis of each listing's performance, utilizing data from Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other available resources
- Keeping clients, external stakeholders, and directors updated on all campaign activities, and providing feedback and recommendations as needed
- Collaborating closely with external suppliers, stakeholders, and creatives to ensure timely project delivery
- Conceiving, designing, and coordinating the production of various collateral such as brochures, marketing plans, flyers, videos, signage, and Information Memorandums
- Managing the company's website
- Evaluating and updating company collateral and messaging periodically to maintain relevance and competitiveness
- Editing and proofreading all company-published or distributed copy, including advertising materials, blog articles, and social media posts
- Drafting media releases and supporting journalists to secure significant editorial positions for the company and associated properties
- Working closely with media agencies to optimize project exposure
- Designing visually appealing and impactful email marketing campaigns for projects and other business aspects
- Creating Lead Capture Pages and websites to complement email marketing campaigns and other promotional efforts
- Identifying and targeting key audiences within the database to ensure successful email marketing campaigns
- Providing guidance and support for lead nurturing and internal sales processes
- Coordinating all marketing and communication activities, including SEM and SEO efforts
- Collaborating with directors to develop submissions and pitches for acquiring new business
- Preparing and submitting award nominations for projects and individuals
- Organizing project launches and other events
- Enhancing company processes to drive brand growth and advancement
- Conducting research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
The Candidate:
- Passion for Property, Real Estate, Marketing & Communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and Tech Savvy
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Box & Dice, Canva, SendGrid, Wordpress not essential however highly regarded
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience within a Marketing role developing and implementing successful Marketing strategies for brands and projects
- Experience within Real Estate or Project Marketing
- A tertiary Marketing, Media, Communications or Advertising qualification is not essential however is highly regarded
- Completed Agents Rep Certificate not essential however highly regarded
