ABOUT THE ROLE
The ROLE: Marketing & Sales Coordinator
The HOURS: 10-15 Hours a week casual wages ($25-$30 per hour)
Area: Brookvale (Northern Beaches Sydney)
Main Duties: The successful candidate will be involved in the following areas
- Marketing campaigns: Helping in the design and development of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Online marketing: Helping with management of SEO and campaigns. (Don't worry we will train you on what to do)
- Sales: We have people enquire into our training programs. Your role will also involve calling back enquires and discussing our course
- Customer service: We have existing students. Your role will be talk to students and do a simple check in with them on their course. See where they are in the course and try and encourage them where you can. Build rapport so they renew membership.
- Newsletter and success marketing program: Your job will be to develop and implement a Student Success marketing plan. Once a month we need to send off a newsletter to our database we need to build our image. You will help get the information, write and send the newsletter and co-ordinate other elements of our marketing program.
- Webinar events: Your role is to post new events online and prepare an email and then once the event has been run to them post the recording.
- General Office & CEO: You will also be responsible for general office duties and helping the CEO implement elements of the marketing plan.
Desirable:
- The only experience needed is some type of past job credibility and stability even if it was part time through university.
- A good understanding of marketing. Ideal candidates could also come from JB HiFi/Harvey Norman/Bunnings type retail roles and looking for a marketing career.
- To us it is more about finding someone with the right skillset that will be compatible with a small team. You need to be a good problem solver, have self-initiative and an eye for detail.
Qualifications:
- Must have Australian permanent visa or citizenship. Have easy access to Northern beaches (Brookvale) where the office is located.

- Entry level customer service, sales and marketing co-ordinator job. Suit a recent or current marketing graduate or someone wanting to move into marketing from retail.
- We will train you in the hard stuff: You don't need sales or marketing experience, but studying in marketing or retail experience would be beneficial.
