Situated in Nedlands, our Real Estate agency is seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Officer to manage our teams marketing needs.
This is a permanent part-time role which is ready for you to make your own & an opportunity to be a part of a team that thrives on providing excellent service with an enviable team culture.
While experience in Real Estate is not a requirement, only experienced applicants will be considered for this role & applicants must have or be close to obtaining Marketing qualifications.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the Office social Media Accounts – FB, Insta etc.
- Assisting the Sales Team with their own social accounts.
- Creating & Designing marketing material according the Belle Property guidelines.
- Relief Reception lunch cover for 30 minutes each day.
To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative, Photoshop etc
- You are Degree qualified or in your final 2 years of obtaining your qualification.
- That you are organised, punctual & committed.
- Can work unsupervised & able to multi-task.
- You are motivated & have a proactive approach to your day.
- You have an ability to work autonomously & pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Flexible & able to adapt quickly with our processes.
- At least 2 solid verbal references.
Non-Essential skills but would be great:
- Real Estate Experience.
- Ignite, RealHub & Engage platforms
Part Time Hours are a minimum of 5 hours a day, with a maximum of 7.5 hours a day. Friday will need to be one of the days you are able to work.
