Are you looking for a part-time role working exclusively within Marketing/Social Media?
This will initially be a 3 day per week role. Hours 8.30-4.30 or for flexibility can be 9.00am-2.00pm Tuesday- Friday. This would ideally suit a return to work or work life balance candidate. This is an Office based position, so you will need to be able to get to our Wangara office location. You will be collaborating on ideas/marketing strategies to enhance the impact of Class Professionals within the Recruitment/Consulting Sector, along within attracting new Team Members and Partners, within the Early Years, Education and Aged Care sectors. You will be building on our existing social media/marketing presence within WA and also ensuring that an impact is made within our upcoming move into NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

Qualifications and Experience needed to apply - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE
- Someone with a marketing/social media degree and/or at least a minimum of 3+ years working within a similar role.
- A confident team player, happy to collaborate, and equally happy to work alone.
- Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication.
- Good knowledge of all social medial platforms and Canva.
- An understanding of target marketing.
- The ability to develop strategies to enhance our social presence in particular SEO
- Bring new and up to date technologies to the business
Tasks and Responsibilities….. YOUR NEW ROLE
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our presence within the relevant sectors, continuing to maintain our already established presence within WA and pursuing/increasing our presence within other states.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our existing social media pages, (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), improving the flow of traffic to our website.
- We need someone who is prepared to do the background work required to find out exactly what will work for our ‘brand’.
- You will be able to create and edit written and video content and schedule regular content on our social media platforms.
- You will need a good working knowledge of Canva and will be happy to collaborate and share ideas, but also learn from others.
- You will always have a camera/ideas ready for suitable marketing content!
