About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a newly created role designed to support the business in converting sales leads through a range of new and existing marketing channels. You will be responsible for utilising social media to build brand awareness and attract clients to utilise more services. Alongside this, you will work with Account Managers and the senior leadership team to strategise ways to improve the website functionality to create a more streamlined and effective customer journey.

• Manage the website and develop SEO strategies to drive sales;
• Interact with clients to understand needs
• Promote new initiatives and work across a range of social platforms;
• Develop a variety of content and assets and write copy; and
• Manage a range of stakeholders and work cross functionally with other team members.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally sales/marketing experience;
• Ability to speak to clients and a range of stakeholders;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively;
• Good attitude and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication and copywriting skills; and
• Strong critical thinking skills and self-starter personality.
