This Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies to drive BankVic’s membership growth through our partner and retail branch channels. You will work with our relationship teams and partners to develop strategies and activation plan and deliver mutual growth. You will also develop content, messaging, tools and resources to support partners.
You will be the marketing lead for our branch network and work closely with the branch teams to develop and implement onsite marketing programs. You will manage onsite merchandising and support new branch fit outs.
Other key responsibilities:
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, both BankVic-led or partner-ed across paid, owned and earned marketing channels.
Develop a deep understanding of our partners, their businesses and gain a detailed understanding of their objectives, challenges and opportunities.
Manage campaign implementation and develop and drive acquisition strategy through partner channels.
Create on-brand content, tailored to appropriate partners and their members.
Managing tracking and reporting on marketing activity results and retail and partner marketing budgets.
Management of external agency and key partner relationships as well as key internal stakeholders of the business.
What you will bring
A strong partnership and relationship mindset with ability to create marketing plans.
Background in marketing, campaign and media planning, creative production processes across offline and online.
Experience in end-to-end marketing and campaign management.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
