ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Accreditation Specialist within our Events & Operations department and we are seeking internal applications. This is a great opportunity for someone within Australian Cricket to support the Accreditation Lead by delivering the accreditation program across International, W/BBL and Domestic Cricket.
Reporting to the Accreditation Lead you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of the strategic plan for Australian Cricket’s accreditation program for International Cricket, Big Bash Leagues (W/BBL) and professional Men’s and Women’s domestic competitions
- Assisting in the recruitment, development and management of casual accreditation staff for the upcoming season
- Maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and Accreditation Group Managers and system users, assisting with all enquiries
- Monitoring and managing stock levels of various supplies including passes, lanyards, signage and other items needed across all states and territories
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in accreditation
- High level of organisation, time management skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of capability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to develop leadership in others through coaching, mentoring, rewarding and guiding
