Because at Kmart it's not just what you do, it's who you are that makes every day living brighter.Joint the teamReporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our Performance Marketing strategies to maximise paid channel's performance and ROI through data-driven strategies and optimisations.What you'll be doingOversee the day-to-day performance management, collaborating with media agencies and internal stakeholders.Develop and implement effective Performance Marketing strategies across various digital channelsAnalyse campaign data to measure performance, track KPIs and generate actionable insights, providing regular reports to stakeholdersManage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximise ROI while ensuring cost effectiveness across all campaignsWork with cross functional teams and agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing effortsTo be successful in this role:We're looking for an analytical and driven individual who will bring their wealth of experience in the Performance Marketing space. You will have a passion for and proven experience in transforming and creating best-in-class experiences within a digital and customer-oriented business.You'll be someone who is continuously looking at how we can improve further!
