AddressWe are looking for a Marketing Specialist on full time basis based in Heatherton to assist in the development and execution of effective advertising and marketing communications activities to support the Design 10 showrooms and e-commerce platform of IHG such as Mitre 10. You will advise, plan, develop & execute an array of national and local campaigns on behalf our showrooms and analyse the results to ensure successful outcomes and future improvements.
What you'll do
- Develop, end to end online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on the e-commerce platform, which includes key supplier brand awareness. Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with Design 10 brand standards.
- Work closely with the design department and manage the development & design of all materials across all platforms.
- Liaising with media and digital agency for the briefing of campaigns, developing SEO industry articles and coordinate media requirements.
- Building and executing customer journeys through EDM, SMS and social communication.
- Work with the loyalty team to strengthen the integration of the loyalty program.
- Creating content and maintaining the social media platforms which whilst assisting showrooms to maintain their local profile digitally.
- Work with showrooms to conduct relationship building events e.g. expo's and trade breakfasts and Sales or VIP events.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years in marketing with demonstrated experience in delivery of campaigns, stakeholder engagement, budget management and people management
- Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of retail marketing & communications including in-store, digital, social & ATL
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of pre-press and building critical timelines
- Basic understanding of advertising code of conduct
- Understanding of how to write concise briefs
