About the role
In the B2B Marketing Specialist role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager with all end-to-end marketing activities for the APAC business.
With a hands-on, positive can-do attitude, you will assist the team to develop, successfully execute and report on end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintain a high level of engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns to support the APAC marketing plan.
- Delivering marketing campaigns and ABM programs to support sales targets.
- Coordinate and manage digital ad and marketing campaigns including Google Ads, social media, and trade media and analyse results and reporting.
- Coordinating the production of landing pages, whitepapers, articles, webinars, and other content to support campaigns and managing leads and enquiries from campaign activities.
- Content production such as coordinating the production of graphic design materials, videos, whitepapers, collateral, and other marketing materials.
- Managing end to end event activities from researching to managing attendance and all follow up activities.
- Project management including basic activity management, meeting and event coordination and ensuring projects run to schedule.

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Demonstrable experience in developing and successfully executing end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results (awareness, retention, acquisition).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Senior Marketing Coordinator or similar roles, with B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Digital marketing skills, including experience with social media (primarily LinkedIn), google ads, analytics tools.
- Demonstrable copywriting and editing skills and experience with CMS systems, Figma, marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
- Content generation, ideally within the technology software (B2B) or financial services industry
- Knowledge of graphic design, content development, and print management
- Ability to build relationships quickly and influence at across all stakeholder levels.
- Project coordination experience with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a great team player and contribute to the overall Marketing team culture.
