The Opportunity
Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion efforts.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
· Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and target market segments.
· Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate product value propositions.
· Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to drive engagement and generate leads.
· Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
· Support sales teams with marketing materials, training programs, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
· Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
· Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and drive brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in marketing, business administration, or related field plus 2 years full-time experience or at least five years of relevant full-time experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Skills and Attributes:
· Proven experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, SEO, email marketing software, and social media management tools
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare marketing
