As a Marketing Specialist at Freemen Nutra, your key responsibilities include:
1. Crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively reach target markets within the food and beverage, dietary supplement, personal care, and animal nutrition industries.
2. Developing compelling marketing materials and content to showcase the benefits of our ethically sourced raw ingredients and their potential to enhance product performance, taste, and nutritional value.
3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, informing strategic decision-making and campaign development.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.
5. Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
6. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
7. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
8. Staying abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to proactively identify opportunities and challenges for the business.
Skills and Requirements:
• Master's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)
• Familiarity with accounting and financial principles and their practical application
• At least two (2) years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within relevant industries
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, for generating detailed reports and analyzing extensive datasets fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of pertinent tax legislation, particularly within the Australian context
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex marketing concepts clearly
• Fluency in Chinese language is a plus
This full-time position is based in our Sydney office and is available for an immediate start.
