This includes content creation, campaign strategy, market research and insights, digital projects, creative designs, social media presence, and supporting sales through lead generation and customer service
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Manager - Digital and Creative you will act as a critical a coordination point between project leads, marketing business partners and internal/external stakeholders across a wide range of campaign and business as usual activity. This position supports the organisation wide marketing, communications and sales initiatives, ensuring that all activity is aligned to business needs and delivered on time and in scope. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop campaign solutions and coordinate campaign implementation and execution, including feedback to team members as required;
- Offer marketing direction to stakeholders based on incoming briefs. Clarify objectives and ensure all outputs requested meet key business objectives;
- Maintain oversight and responsibility for reporting procedures relating to local marketing requests, campaigns and projects;
- Engage in the delivery of organisational projects with opportunities to develop and lead project-based marketing strategy and activities where available;
- Provide essential development and delivery of marketing material across the Y Victoria and Kingswim managed businesses and services.
This is a twelve month maximum term role full time role with an annual salary of $72,611 plus super and hybrid working arrangements both from home and the Box Hill State Office.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess three to five years experience in a marketing, project management or coordination role partnered knowledge and experience in marketing principles across the whole marketing field. Key requirements for this role include:
- Experience working with multiple brands, delivering brand, fundraising, event and/or acquisition campaigns
- Exposure to executing digital campaigns, managing social media assets/campaigns and using email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be really beneficial (Or similar email marketing systems).
- Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Ability to effectively brief, develop and identify high quality marketing solutions
- Strategic focus to identify local, business unit and organisation wide marketing opportunities in briefs
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or Commerce/Business is Advantageous.
