When you're not WFH, you will be working out of our Bond St location, a stones throw from Wynyard Station, Australia Square and The Opera House!
Working alongside a high performing, supportive and dynamic team, you will manage a range of tasks from marketing to Office Administration.
These tasks incorporate social media management, short form content writing, email marketing, candidate community management, contractor travel & accommodation, project based reporting and general administrative duties / support across the business.
This is a role that requires high level attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Exec Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across the business, coordinate team meetings, and handle travel arrangements for candidates
- Sales and metrics reporting duties
- Utilise your marketing experience to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, with particular focus on email marketing and social media.
- Some design experience is well regarded on platforms such as the Adobe suite or Canva.
- Work closely with our digital agency for special projects
- Proven experience as an administration manager or assistant, supporting high-level executives.
- A background in marketing with an understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Managed social media marketing and email campaigns
- Have written short form social content
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse environments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience improving back office processes
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- High level attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
